Signature Global Unveils ₹4,800 Crore Sarvam at DXP Estate in Sector 37D
Signature Global has thrown its weight behind one of the largest single-project bets of its history, announcing an investment of Rs 4,800 crore to develop a luxury housing project in Gurugram as part of its strategy to expand business amid strong consumer demand. The newly launched development, called Sarvam at DXP Estate, sits on Dwarka Expressway in Sector 37D and marks the developer's most ambitious push yet into the premium segment. The numbers behind the launch are substantial. The company recently launched 'Sarvam at DXP Estate', a large-scale project spread across 13.56 acres in Sector 37D on Dwarka Expressway, comprising 1,798 apartments, with 50 per cent of the inventory offered in the first phase at a price range of Rs 3–4 crore per unit. Spread across 11 towers rising as high as G+41 floors, the project is designed by architect Hafeez Contractor and is being positioned as an IGBC Platinum-certified address, according to company disclosures. Speaking on the scale of the commitment, the developer's leadership was direct about the numbers involved. "The total investment in the development of this project is estimated at around Rs. 4,800 crore," Signature Global founder and Chairman Pradeep Aggarwal told PTI. The statement underscores how central this single launch is to the company's near-term growth plans. The launch is not happening in isolation — it's a calculated move tied to aggressive sales targets. Signature Global expects the launch of Sarvam at DXP Estate to support its ambition of achieving Rs. 12,500 crore in annual sales bookings. Context matters here: in the previous fiscal, the Gurugram-based developer recorded Rs. 10,290 crore in property sales, emerging as the fifth-largest listed realty firm in India by sales bookings. However, during the April–September 2025–26 period, the company reported a 21 per cent decline in sales bookings to Rs. 4,650 crore, compared with Rs. 5,900 crore a year earlier, making Sarvam's success important for the developer's full-year momentum. Beyond the balance sheet, Sarvam is being sold on an unusual design idea. The project draws on the "Mudras" concept—using the meaning of traditional hand gestures as inspiration for different zones and experiences within the development. Wellness partnerships reinforce this positioning: residents get access to the Michael Phelps Swimming Academy - it's the first residential project in Delhi-NCR to offer training from an Olympic champ, alongside the Tattva Wellness Spa, which offers up some really special Ayurvedic therapies. Location is a key part of the pitch. The project sits in Sector 37D on Dwarka Expressway with easy access to NH-48 via Pataudi Road and Hero Honda Chowk, with drive times of around 10 minutes to the Delhi border and 15–25 minutes to IGI Airport and Aerocity once the expressway is fully operational. This corridor has increasingly become the address of choice for large-format luxury launches in Gurugram over the past two years. On the regulatory front, buyers can transact with confidence: the project is RERA-registered with registration number GGM/1008/740/2025/111 dated 07.11.2025. This clears the way for structured payment plans and construction-linked disbursements, standard safeguards for any large-ticket purchase in Haryana. The ₹4,800 crore Sarvam launch also signals a broader shift in Signature Global's identity. A developer that began its journey in 2014 by pioneering in the affordable housing segment, fulfilling the dream of homeownership for thousands of families is now placing equally large bets on ultra-premium and branded residences — from Titanium SPR to the newly announced Tonino Lamborghini Residences in Sector 71 — suggesting Sarvam is one chapter in a much larger luxury expansion story unfolding along Gurugram's growth corridors.
