Signature Global and Italian lifestyle brand Tonino Lamborghini have entered a strategic collaboration to develop the 'Tonino Lamborghini Residences Gurugram,' a ₹4,000 crore luxury housing project in Sector 71, Gurugram. The 12.4-acre development will feature 812 premium apartments, marking Lamborghini's debut in India's residential real estate sector amid robust demand for branded homes. The numbers behind the deal were disclosed in a regulatory filing released on Thursday, April 16, 2026. Gurugram-based real estate developer Signature Global has partnered with Italian luxury lifestyle brand Tonino Lamborghini to develop a premium branded residential project in Sector 71, Gurugram, for ₹2,890.9 crore. The project, to be developed along the Southern Peripheral Road, will span approximately 12.40 acres and comprise 812 luxury apartments in 3, 4 and 4.5 BHK configurations, with an expected Gross Development Value of roughly ₹4,000 crore. Pricing details are expected to be announced at the official launch, the company said. The arrangement follows a brand-led development model rather than a joint venture. The collaboration follows a brand-led development model, wherein Tonino Lamborghini will drive the creative direction, embedding its Italian design philosophy, craftsmanship, and lifestyle aesthetics across the project, while Signature Global will be responsible for construction, execution, and sales, leveraging its local market expertise. On the ground, this translates into five towers rising to G+40 storeys, with apartments spanning 2,050 to 2,800 sq. ft. and a Lamborghini-managed clubhouse spread across roughly 75,000 sq. ft. Tonino Lamborghini, founder and president of the brand, framed the tie-up as a personal milestone. "Entering the Indian branded real estate market for the first time through the project with Signature Global is a natural expression of my vision: creating lifestyle icons defined by a bold identity, Italian design culture, and uncompromising quality," he said, adding that the five-tower landmark aims to set a new benchmark for modern luxury in Gurugram. The timing is no accident. India's luxury residential real estate market is seeing significant growth, forecasted to reach USD 105 billion by 2030, growing at a compound annual rate of about 15%. Gurugram has become a key hub for these developments, driven by a growing number of high-net-worth individuals and a demand for international living standards, putting Signature Global in direct competition with established luxury players including DLF, Godrej Properties, Emaar India, and M3M India in the same corridor. The announcement also lands against a mixed financial backdrop for the listed developer. Signature Global shares traded around ₹801.45 on April 14, 2026, with a market capitalization between ₹11,200 crore and ₹11,300 crore. Despite a recent 20% drop in sales bookings for fiscal year 2025-26, the company maintains a strong balance sheet with ₹2,770 crore in cash and cash equivalents and net debt reduced to ₹200 crore as of March 2026 — a cushion that analysts say gives it room to absorb the longer sales cycles typical of ultra-luxury launches.
