Signature Global Daxin Vistas brings an independent-floor format to the Sector 35/36 Sohna corridor. The residential phase is part of the wider 125.6-acre Daxin township, set across the revenue estates of Bhondsi, Ghamroj and Mahendwara in Sohna, Gurugram.
The project is planned as low-rise homes on residential plots rather than conventional high-rise towers. Its RERA-registered phase spans approximately 21.98 acres and comprises 602 residential plots with 1,806 residential units. Marketing describes the low-rise format as S+4.
Daxin Vistas received its RERA registration on 20 September 2024. It is marketed as a new launch, with the registered completion date set for 31 December 2028. The registration applies to the residential-floor phase; the broader Daxin township also includes other planned uses.
